Kim's Snack (H-Mart Food Court)
Almost every time I go to H-Mart on Robson, I would order the spicy rice cakes at the food court. Despite not being able to tolerate overly spicy foods, I love biting into the soft chewy rice cakes coated with bright red spicy sauce. There's something about the bouncy white rice cakes swimming around in the thick chili sauce that I simply can't resist xD

ReplyDeleteThe funny thing is I used to hate spicy foods! I still can't eat much of it, but those rice cakes are so tempting... I make them at home now with chili paste from H-mart and a spoon of maltose candy to balance out the spiciness.
