Pinkberry (WEM)

September 25, 2013
Pinkberry is a good option for a quick snack at West Edmonton Mall, and it's great that the yogurt is not charged by weight (like at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt) but by cup size. For one set price, you can have as many toppings as you want, as long as they fit into the cup. The yogurt flavours rotate every month or so, which is good unless you only like a specific flavour. I always get the pomegranate, so if it's not on the menu, I'd have to wait until it comes back. For toppings, I always go for fruits and chewy mochi. Mmm... tasty!

Although I appreciate the convenience of ordering frozen yogurt at a food court stall, I still prefer eating at a self-serve store with a larger selection of toppings. I also enjoy being able to create my order exactly the way I want it instead of having someone else serve it up. And in terms of taste, I like Menchie's yogurt a little bit more than Pinkberry's.
